We talk about online business, share what has worked for our team and our community, and we operate as an independent affiliate of The Boss Suite by Madison Hatten. By using the site, you agree to these terms.
2. Use of the AI Personas
Our AI specialists — Joy, Michelle, Rachel, Janice, Patricia, Marcus, Tammy, Karen, Tasha, Brittany, and Sarah — are AI-generated characters inspired by composite stories of Boss Suite community members. They're a creative way for us to share what's worked for real members, but they aren't biographies of any one specific person.
Their conversations and advice are AI-generated. They are designed to be friendly, informative, and helpful, but they should not be relied upon as professional financial, legal, medical, or business counsel. If you need that level of advice, please consult a licensed professional.
When a persona shares a story about herself or someone she knows, treat it as a composite drawn from real Boss Suite community experiences — illustrative of what's possible, not a literal account of any one specific person.
3. No Income Guarantee
Any income examples discussed by the AI personas or shown on this site are illustrative or atypical results. We do not guarantee any income, business success, or outcome from purchasing Boss Suite or from anything you do based on conversations with our AI team.
Your results depend on your effort, skill, market conditions, and the time you invest.
If a persona shares a number ("she made $5,000 her first month") or a story, treat it as a story — not a forecast of what will happen for you.
4. Affiliate Relationship
We are an independent affiliate of Boss Suite. We earn a commission on sales made through our affiliate link. We are not employed by, agents of, or partners with Boss Suite or Madison Hatten.
Boss Suite is responsible for its own product, customer support, account access, and refunds, governed by their own terms. We have no operational control over what they ship or how they run their business.
5. No Refunds From Us
All purchases of Boss Suite are processed by Stan Store and governed by Madison Hatten's terms. We do not handle refunds, billing disputes, or product issues. If you need help with a Boss Suite purchase, please contact Boss Suite directly — not us.
We do not currently sell any product directly on this site. Practical Business AI is free to use.
6. Acceptable Use
While using the site and the AI chat, please don't:
- Abuse the AI personas, send harassing or threatening content, or use the chat to attempt prompt injection / system manipulation.
- Scrape the site, the chat backend, or any of our content using automated tools.
- Send automated traffic, bots, or denial-of-service attempts at the chat or the site.
- Impersonate us, our team, or our personas elsewhere on the internet.
- Use the site or the chat for anything illegal in your jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to rate-limit, block, or otherwise restrict access for any user we believe is abusing the service.
7. Intellectual Property
All site content — including the AI persona characters, their backstories and likenesses, our copy, our visual design, and our codebase — is owned by Practical Business AI, except where otherwise noted (e.g., Boss Suite materials we are permitted to share as an affiliate, which remain owned by their respective owners).
The AI personas are creative compositions and are protected as such. Please do not copy, repost, or rebrand them.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
This site and the AI chat are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We don't guarantee the AI will be available at any given moment, nor that any specific response will be accurate or complete.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Practical Business AI and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of this site or the AI chat.
Our total cumulative liability to you is capped at the amount you paid us, which is $0 since we do not currently sell anything directly through this site. If you bought Boss Suite through our affiliate link, your remedies for that purchase are governed by Stan Store and Boss Suite, not us.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Louisiana.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of the page will reflect the latest version. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably possible. Your continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
